Florida based husband and wife team, Chef Carlos and Chef Marie where formally trained at the renowned Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, where they learned and worked side by side some of The Country’s most experienced and renowned chefs.  Together they possess over 20 years of experience within the baking, pastry, and hospitality industry. 


Raised amongst the colorful Spanish colonial architecture of Puerto Rico and residing in Florida’s post-modern city, Tampa, the pair has a strong affinity to robust colors and bold patterns. 


They are also heavily influenced by the fashion industry, incorporating geometric patterns and textures into their unmistakable creations. 


They truly believe in uniqueness, therefore they motivate their customers to think out of the box and incorporate their personality and liking onto their cakes and dessert bars. 


Hands on sweets work has been featured in newspapers, magazines, blogs, and television. The secret to their success is being their own competition, challenging themselves to adapt and evolve.
